Resolutions to valid buyer protection claims will usually be one of the following:

  1. Replacement items shipped to you from the seller
  2. A partial or full refund

If you find significant discrepancies with your order pertaining to either condition or quantity, simply reach out to us at support@bluelots.com for assistance. We will typically open a dispute with the marketplace seller and our customer support staff will provide you with a fair resolution.

Bluelots will mediate disputes to the best of our ability, as fairly as possible, based on the facts and evidence provided, and as well as both parties' history on the Bluelots platform. Bluelots ultimately retains the authority to make the final decision when resolving disputes.

Disputes must be filed within 7 days of order delivery.
